Auditing Your Pagos Data
After you connect your processors and begin ingesting payments data into Pagos, you may notice slight differences in the data that appears in Pagos when compared to your PSP reports. These discrepancies are typically caused by time zone, time period, and currency differences between our dashboards and your reports. We offer data reconciliation guides for the following processors to assist you in making accurate comparisons between the two data sources: If you need assistance with your data audit and reconciliation, please submit the Data Audit Request Form:1
Click the speech bubble icon in the top-right corner of your Pagos Service Panel, then click Data Audit Request.
2
Complete the form in the side panel, ensuring you fill out all required fields.
3
Click Submit Request to send your request details to our support staff.
