To successfully sign into your Pagos account, your network must grant you access to the Pagos qualified domains. If you have network restrictions or firewalls in place to protect your domain, you may need to allowlist these domains. Additionally, the payment processors you connect to your Pagos account may also need to allowlist specific Pagos IP addresses to ensure we can ingest your payments data on the expected schedule.

When you connect your payment processors to Pagos and import payments data, those processors communicate with us via an API or secure file transfer protocol (SFTP). Depending on the processor in question, you may need to allowlist specific Pagos IP addresses with them to ensure successful data ingestion.
