Overview
To make changes to your Pagos account:1
Sign in to the Pagos Service Panel
Sign in using one of the following methods:
- Enter your Email address and Password
- Click the appropriate button to log in with your Google or Microsoft account credentials
- If your organization uses an external identity provider for SSO, enter your company email address; you’ll be redirected to your identify provider for verification and login

Navigate to your account settings
Click the settings icon in the top-right corner of the Pagos Service Panel.

View and manage your profile information
Click Profile to open a pop-up containing your account information:
- In the Profile tab, view and manage your name, profile image, and email addresses. To use your Google or Microsoft account credentials to log into Pagos, click Connect account
- In the Security tab, change your account password, add two-step verification, and review your active devices.

Update your account currency and time zone
Back in the settings menu, select the following:
- Click Currency, then select the primary currency your company operates in; knowing this will help us monitor and benchmark foreign exchange conversions. At this time, your operating currency options are USD, EUR, CAD, SEK, GBP, BRL, ARS, CLP, MXN, COP, PEN, CRC, DIP, GTQ, PYG, and UYU.
- Click Time Zone, then select the time zone where your business is domiciled.

View and update your company information
Click Settings under your company name in the settings menu. This opens a pop-up containing your organization’s information:
- In the General tab, click Update Profile to add or change your organization name and logo
- In the Members tab, you can manage the members of your team

Toggle between Live and Test Mode
Use the environment toggle in the top-right corner of the Pagos Service Panel to switch between Live Mode and Test Mode.
Your user permissions determine what information you can view and edit within each section.
Team
You can manage the members of your team within the Members tab of your company account information. To navigate directly to this page, click Team under your company name in the main menu. Here, you’ll find the list of users in your organization and their role (Member or Admin). Each user has their own Pagos account with unique login credentials. To create a new user:1
Click Invite

Enter the user's email address
You can invite multiple members by adding each email address, separated by spaces or commas.

Set user roles
Use the Role drop-down menu to assign a role to the user(s):
- Members can access the Pagos service panel
- Admins can access the Pagos service panel and add or edit data connections

Click Send invitations
Notifications
Pagos can notify you about the following activity on your account:Exports
Exports
The export of transaction-level data you initiated from a chart in Insights is ready for download; click the notification to navigate to the Data Exports page.
Export notifications are only available for subscribers to Transaction-Level Data Exports.
Alerts
Alerts
An anomaly occurred in your data and we generated an alert; click the notification to navigate to the Alerts Metric Details page for the day when the anomaly occured.
Changelog
Changelog
There are new product or feature announcements in the Pagos Changelog; click the notification to learn what’s new from the last month.
- Dashboard - Notifications appear as a red indicator on the notifications icon in the main navigation; click the icon to view your inbox of notifications
- Email - Notifications are sent to the Primary email address set in your account profile
- Slack - Notifications are sent to a specified Slack channel or chat
Configuring Notifications
To select how you receive notifications:1
Click your notifications icon in the top-right corner, then click the settings icon.

Set Global Preferences
To receive all notification types through the same channels, use the toggles under Global Preferences; the only options at this level are Dashboard and Email.

Customize by Notification Type
To set different channels for each notification type, use the toggles under each category. Slack notifications are only configurable at this level.

Configure Slack notifications
Click Configure next to Slack under the desired notification type. Select the desired Slack channel or user, then click Allow.
Test Mode
The environment toggle in the top-right corner of the Pagos Service Panel allows you to quickly switch between a live production environment and a sandbox test environment. While in Live Mode, you can access only the Pagos features and services associated with your pricing plan; in Test Mode, you can test out all Pagos APIs, including Network Tokenization and Account Updater.Keep in mind: API keys are different for Test and Live Mode. Always ensure you’re in the desired environment before generating and using API keys.
