Peacock Changelog (September 5, 2023)

As of September 5, 2023, we’ve released the following changes to the Peacock Service Panel:
- The Soft Descriptors and Metadata Know Your Data tables now include a Count filter. Use this filter to select how many values you want to view your payments data broken down by.
- We added three new filter options to the Customer category. Use these new options to filter the data in all standard dashboards or individual charts in custom dashboards:
- CVV - View data for transactions with the selected CVV response codes.
- AVS Line Code - View data for transactions with the selected AVS line codes.
- AVS Post Code - View data for transactions with the selected AVS post codes.
- In the Chargebacks dashboard, we added a new Visa/Mastercard switcher to some of the sub-charts under the Aggregated Chargebacks, Chargebacks by Processor, and Chargebacks by Issuing Country charts. Use this switcher to determine which card brand’s formula we use to calculate chargeback rate in these charts:
- Visa’s formula: This month’s chargeback count divided by this month’s transaction count
- Mastercard’s formula: This month’s chargeback count divided by last month’s transaction count
