Peacock Changelog (November 17, 2022)

As of November 17, 2022, we have released the following updates to the Peacock by Pagos service panel:

  • We added the following charts to the Fees dashboard:
    • Category Fees - The fees you faced in the set time period—both in total and per fee category—broken down by the selected time interval.
    • Subcategory Fees - The fees you faced in the set time period—both in total and per fee subcategory—broken down by the selected time interval.
    • Category Fees by Brand - The fees you face in the set time period—both in total and per fee category—broken down by card brand.
    • Subcategory Fees by Brand - The fees you faced in the set time period—both in total and per fee subcategory—broken down by card brand.
    • Fees by Category and Subcategory - The categories of fees you faced in the set time period, listed in descending order of the percentage of total fees. Each row states the total fee amount attributed to that category and the percentage of total fees. Click a category to reveal the breakdown of category fees by subcategory.

      Keep in Mind

The Fees dashboard is in Beta, and currently only includes fee data for Chase and PYPL Legacy transactions.

  • We added another time interval to the Period filter option. If you have imported years worth of historical data into Peacock, you can now view that data by year, specifically Last Year (year to date), Last 2 Years, and Last 3 Years.
  • We made the following changes to the 3DS dashboard:
    • (Updated) Version % by region - Changed the Filter by Region icon to a Region drop-down filter; click this chart-specific filter to select the regions you want to view data for in the chart.
    • (Updated) Response Code by 3DS - Changed the switcher icons to chart-specific drop-down filters. You now have the following filter options in this chart:
      • Click 3DS vs. Non-3DS to choose whether the chart displays the response code breakdown for 3DS transactions, non-3DS transactions, or both.
      • Click Response Codes, then click the checkbox beside Declines Only to remove any transactions with the approved response code from the chart.
    • (New) Response Code by 3DS Version - Added this new chart, displaying the percentage breakdown by response code of your total processed 3DS transaction count in the set time period, grouped by 3DS version and the selected time interval.
  • We ingest your payments data into Peacock from your connected data sources. If you provide aliases for the individual Merchant Account IDs within those data sources, we now import that information, as well, and surface it in the Merchant Account ID column of the Processor data filter.
