As of March 22, 2024, we've added a new chart to the Card Type dashboard called Alternative Debit Network Transactions.
The sub-charts available under this new chart break down all of your processed transactions (both the total number of transactions and their combined value) by whether or not the card used in the transaction was eligible for alternative debit network routing. There are also sub-charts demonstrating a breakdown by debit network name of the transactions that were eligible for alternative debit routing.
Keep in mind:
- We estimate the share of your transaction volume that may qualify for alternative debit routing based on the BIN tables we receive from the card brands for our Parrot product. Whether processors provide 8-digit BINs or only 6-digit BINs determines how accurate these estimates are.
- Any transactions you already routed through alternative debit networks appear in this chart under the category Not Eligible.
- Alternate debit processing eligibility is only available for transactions processed after January 1, 2024.
