We have improved the flexibility of the Soft Descriptor filter by enabling more than one option to be selected at a time. To choose more than one option, add Soft Descriptor values in a comma delimited format.
Our chart legends now have data labels and more information! Now, count, value, rate, and share will always be in the legends.
We have added a new section called Know Your Data. To navigate to Know Your Data, click the Data page at the top of the Peacock Service Panel. Then navigate to the page Know Your Data on the left hand side. Know Your Data lists your top 50 soft descriptors by any of the following metrics:
- Total Transaction Count
- Total Transaction Volume
- Approved Rate
- Declined Rate
- Chargeback Rate
- Refund Rate
