Managing Your Pagos Account

To manage your Pagos account, click your profile icon in the navigation bar, then click Manage Account. Navigate between the following sections to customize your account setup:

Your user permissions determine what information you can view and edit within each section.

Company Account Settings

The first page you’ll land on after clicking Manage Account is the Company Settings page. Here, you can view and edit your company details. Click Edit Company Settings to make changes to the following fields:

  • Company Name
  • Business Model - Choose On-demand or Subscription to identify the primary type of product or service you sell to your customers
  • Merchant Category Code - Your merchant category code (MCC) is a four digit number that card networks use to define your business vertical

Click Save Settings to save your changes.

Team

In the Team page under Company Account Settings, you’ll find the list of users in your organization and which Pagos products they have access to. Each user has their own Pagos account with unique login credentials. To create a new user:

  1. Click Invite Team Member.
  2. Enter the user's Email Address.
  3. Click the checkbox beside each product you want to give the user access to, then click the drop-down menu beside each selected product to assign a role to the user:
    1. Members can access the product’s service panel
    2. Admins can access the product’s service panel and add or edit data connections
  4. Click the checkbox beside Team Management to give the user permissions to manage the Team and update your Company Settings.
  5. Click Send Invite.

We'll then send an email invitation to the user, prompting them to activate their new Pagos account. They'll click Join Pagos in the email invite to pick their login information. They can either create a password for logging in with their email address, or use a Google or Microsoft account to log in with one click. Next, the new user will specify their Country and Time Zone to officially create their account.

To delete a user, click ... beside their email address on the Team page, then click Remove from Organization.

Documents & Agreements

Navigate to the Documents & Agreements page in your Company Account Settings to view relevant files, such as Pagos' Terms of Services, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.

Products & Plans

Click Overview under Products & Plans to review the Pagos products you've subscribed to, including the number of seats and data connections (where applicable). If you're on a Parrot trial, it will indicate the number of free BIN lookups you have remaining.

My Account

Click Profile under My Account to manage your personal account details. Click Edit Profile to make changes to the following fields:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Country
  • Time Zone – The time zone where your business is domiciled
  • Operating Currency - The primary currency your company operates in; knowing this will help us monitor and benchmark foreign exchange conversions. At this time, your operating currency options are USD, EUR, CAD, SEK, GBP, BRL, ARS, CLP, and MXN.

Click Save Details to save your changes.

Preferences

If you're subscribed to more than one Pagos product, you can select a default product from the Preferences page under My Account. Your default product is the product service panel you'll automatically land on after logging into your Pago account.
