Account Info Dashboard

Your Account Info dashboard contains two tabs: Account & Business Details, and Data Sources. This guide outlines how to locate this dashboard and edit your user account details in each page.

Account & Business Details

You can manage your personal and business account information in the Account & Business Details tab of the Account Info dashboard. We recommend keeping the details in this tab up to date, as we use this valuable information to ensure we're providing you with the most relevant payments insights for your location and business model.
To view and update your Pagos account information:

  1. Log into your Pagos account.
  2. Click the Pagos logo in the top right corner.
  3. Click Pagos Account.

Click the pencil icon beside a section to made edits to your account information and settings, then click Save when you're done.

Account Details

The Account Details section includes details you previously entered about your company and your payment processing configuration. Your Account Details include:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email address
  • Country
  • Time zone – Select the time zone where your business is domiciled.
  • Operating currency – Select the primary currency your company operates in. Knowing this will help us monitor and benchmark Foreign Exchange conversions.
  • Company name
  • Company website

Business Details

In the Business Details section, we capture relevant details about your business model and industry. The more we knows about your business setup and where you're operating, the more tailored our services will be. This section includes:

  • Industry – Select an option from the drop-down menu that best describes the main business vertical you're operating in. This information helps us provide you with accurate benchmark and comparison data.
  • MCC – Your MCC (merchant category codemerchant category code - (MCC) A 4-digit numerical code card brands assign to businesses to categorize what industry they belong to. A company's MCC often corresponds with their standard industrial code (SIC), but not necessarily. Card brands sometimes lump multiple MCCs into one SIC, or create an SIC that doesn't have a corresponding MCC.) is a four digit number that card networks use to define your business vertical.   • Customer Locations – Select the countries where you know you have a customer base.
  • Payment Channels – Click each channel your company transacts with customers through (Apple-mobile, Web, Google-mobile, or In-person).
  • Business Model – Click On-demand or Subscription to identify the primary type of product or service you sell to your customers.

Account Sharing

Each user has their own account in the Pagos platform. The account settings, views, and queries you save to your account are unique to your user. To share your account information and data with other users in your company, update your Account Sharing settings:

  1. Beside Account Sharing, click the pencil icon.
  2. Click the checkbox beside Discoverable.
  3. Use the Share Account With drop-down to select each individual user you want to share your account with.
  4. Click Save.

Data Sources

Connect your Pagos account to your company's payment providers in the Data Sources tab of the Account Info dashboard. Once connected, you can begin pulling in historical and real-time payments data to each of the Pagos services you have access to.
