Where I can find the defenittions of card_segment_type field values?

The PAGOS BIN data file includes a field named "card_segment_type," which I observed to contain the following values: Consumer, Business, Commercial, and Government. Could you explain the meaning of each of these categories, or refer to the documentation where it is explained?
