Peacock Changelog (September 20, 2022)

As of September 20, 2022, we released the following updates to the Peacock by Pagos service panel:

• Made the following changes to the Top Issuing Banks chart within the Issuing Bank report:
  • For each row, we now include an Approved Rate, Approved Count, Declined Rate, and Declined Count column
  • The Approved Count column includes two numbers: the total approved transaction count for the associated issuing bank, and the percentage of all approved transactions across all issuing banks that came from cards issued by said bank
  • Similarly, the Declined Count column includes two numbers: the total declined transaction count for the associated issuing bank, and the percentage of all declined transactions across all issuing banks that came from cards issued by said bank
• The following data filters now have an All option for selecting all available parameters within that filter option:
  • Stored credential
  • Card type
  • Transaction Status
  • Region
  • Payment Method Type
• Fixed a bug that was preventing the following charts from rendering correctly in custom dashboards:
  • Top 25 BINs by Transaction Count
  • Top Issuing Banks
  • Decline Code - Top 10
  • Decline Codes by Stored Credential
  • Transaction Flag Details
• Added a new Metadata filter to the set of filter options available at the top of every dashboard and report.
• When you add a new filter to a chart in a custom dashboard, you now can’t set the Compare To filter until you’ve selected a time period in the Period filter.
• Fixed a bug where the colors in charts changed when you refreshed a report or dashboard. The colors associated with a particular value/parameter in a chart now remain consistent.
• Added more colors to the Issuer Country Approval Rate chart in the Issuing Bank report. This helps to make the differences in approval rates across the heat map stand out more.
• Made the following changes to the Issuer Country Approval Rate chart in the Issuing Bank report:
  • The legend now lists the issuing countries in descending order of approval rates (instead of approved transaction count)
  • The low value switcher now hides or reveals countries from the map for which the approved transaction count is below 0.51% of the total approved transactions processed
• Updated the legend for the Chargeback Rate and Volume by Issuing Country chart in the Chargebacks report; it now lists the issuing countries in descending order of approval rates (instead of approved transaction count)
