Peacock Changelog (October 3, 2022)

As of October 3, 2022, we released the following updates to the Peacock by Pagos service panel:

  1. In the Top Issuing Banks chart within the Issuing Bank report, we updated the column headers as follows:
    1. Issuer Country > Issuing Country
    2. [Approved] Count > Count (% of Total Approved Count)
    3. [Declined] Count > Count (% of Total Declined Count)
  2. In the same chart (Top Issuing Banks), we added a tooltip to the Declined column, instructing users on how to interact with the new filter feature in this column: “Use the filter in this column to view the decline rate and declined transaction count for only those transactions declined with specific response codes. Any filter parameters applied to this column don't impact the data in the rest of the table.”
  3. In the Default Dashboard, we combined the Turnover and Average Order Value charts. The new Turnover and Average Order Value chart includes a trend line demonstrating your net turnover (total value of all successful sale transactions minus any refunds and chargebacks that settle successfully) over the selected time period; hover over a point on the line to view the turnover and average order value at that moment in time. Both turnover and AOV appear in your business's operating currency.
  4. We’ve removed the limit on the number of charts you can add to a custom dashboard. That being said, an info icon appears at the top of every custom dashboard containing a warning that adding over 16 charts to a dashboard can slow load times.
  5. When you apply a set of filters to a dashboard or report, you can save your selections for future use. We now refer to these collections of saved filter settings as Views (instead of saved filters). After you name and save a View, you can later apply that View to any other dashboard or report in Peacock, or to individual charts in custom dashboards. For more information see the Data Filters guide.
