Peacock Changelog (November 29, 2023)

As of November 29, 2023, we’ve released the following changes to the Peacock Service Panel:
- Updated the sub-chart options available under Effective Rate in the Costs dashboard. There is now only one sub-chart title Effective Rate by Processor which displays your effective fee rate (your total fee amount divided by total sale amount) for each processor, demonstrated over the set time period. Things to keep in mind about this chart:
- The total sale amount displayed in this chart includes the total processed transaction amount, inclusive of even those transactions that were later charged back or refunded.
- The total fee amount includes all interchange, assessment, and processor fees.
- Keep in mind, the Effective Rate chart only shows data for the following processors: Adyen, Braintree, PayPal, and Vantiv
- Made a major update to any chart displaying approval rate data in Peacock. Up until now, approval rate charts—such as the Processor Approval Rate chart in the Home dashboard—showed both approval rate and the count/value of approved transactions. Now, these charts show approval rate alongside the count/value of attempted transactions. This allows you to visualize approval rate in context of your total processed transaction volume. The following charts were updated:
- Processor Approvals in the Home and Processor dashboards is now called Processor Approval Rate. The two sub-charts have also been updated.
- Payment Method Approvals in the Payment Method dashboard is now called Payment Method Approval Rate. The six sub-charts have also been updated.
- Card Type Approvals in the Card Type dashboard is now called Card Type Approval Rate. The two sub-charts have also been updated.
- Card Brand Approvals in the Card Brand dashboard is now called Card Brand Approval Rate. The two sub-charts have also been updated.
- Currency Approvals in the Presentment Currency dashboard is now called Currency Approval Rate. The two sub-charts have also been updated.
- Stored Credential Approvals in the Stored Credential dashboard is now called Stored Credential Approval Rate. Two of the sub-charts have also been updated.
- CVV/AVS Flag Approvals in the CVV/AVS dashboard is now called CVV/AVS Flag Approval Rate. The four sub-charts have also been updated.
- 3DS Approvals in the 3DS dashboard is now called 3DS Approval Rate. The two sub-charts have also been updated.
- Issuing Country Approvals in the Issuing Country dashboard is now called Issuing Country Approval Rate. The three sub-charts have also been updated.
- Customer Country Approvals in the Customer Country dashboard is now called Customer Country Approval Rate. The two sub-charts have also been updated.
- Verification Approvals in the Verifications dashboard is now called Verification Approval Rate. The two sub-charts have also been updated.
