Peacock Changelog (July 8, 2022)

As of July 7, 2022, we released the following updates to the Peacock by Pagos service panel:

  • In the Decline Analysis Report, the Decline Code Trends chart now includes a trendline, which appears when you hover over the bar chart.
  • The Issuer Report now includes a Top Issuing Banks table. Click the expand arrow to view the entire table, sorted by total volume. Each row contains the issuing bank's name, issuer country, volume, and approval rate.
  • The Chargeback Volume by Status Category chart in the Chargebacks Report now includes options for Volume View vs. Count View. To access these options, click the icons in the top-right corner of the chart:
    • Volume View (the stacked coins icon) - View the total volume amount (in USD) of disputed transactions in each chargeback status
    • Count View (the 123 icon) - View the total number of chargebacks in each chargeback status
  • In the default dashboard, the Approval Rate Trends by Processor chart also includes options for Volume View vs. Count View:
    • Volume View (the stacked coins icon) - View the total volume amount (in USD) of approved transactions for each processor
    • Count View (the 123 icon) - View the total number of approvals by each processor
  • In the Currency Report, the Approval Rate by Currency and Currency Transaction Count Approval charts now only include your top currencies by default; any currencies that make up less than 0.51% of your total volume won't show. To view all currencies, expand the chart, then click the Show low volume icon in the top-right corner
  • The Processor Report now includes a Processor Volume Split pie chart, showing the comparisons for total transaction volume broken down by processor.
  • We've added a new report called Card/Non Card. This report is currently in beta and includes three charts for better understanding the payment methods types you're processing.
