Peacock Changelog (January 29, 2024)

As of January 29, 2024, we've released the following changes to the Peacock Service Panel:

  • The following charts in the Chargebacks dashboard have been updated to exclude data for chargebacks in the chargeback status categories of RFI, pre-arbitration, or notification_of_fraud:
    • Aggregated Chargebacks
    • Chargebacks by Processor
    • Chargebacks by Issuing Country
    • Top 25 BINs by Chargeback Volume
  • All charts in the Costs dashboard now display your time-sensitive data in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). This is unique from all other Peacock dashboards which present your data using the time zone set in your account details.
