Loon Changelog (February 1, 2024)

As of February 1, 2024, we’ve released the following changes to Loon:
- We updated all the Loon test values. Every value now passes Luhn verification checks.
- The Loon Update Codes guide now contains separate tables for the Loon Response Codes and Loon Error Codes. Loon standardizes the responses and errors from the card brands into the codes in these tables. Use the Loon test values to test how it will look to receive any of these response or error codes.
