# Pagos AI in Insights

> Access Pagos AI directly from Pagos Insights to request and analyze your payments data through natural language interactions.

Chat with Pagos AI in a side panel of Pagos Insights, asking questions about the dashboards you're already viewing or those you want it to build on your behalf.

## Using Pagos AI

To initiate a conversation with Pagos AI:

**Step 1**

Click **Pagos AI** in the top-right corner of your Pagos Service Panel to open a side panel containing the AI chat interface.

> As you move around Insights, you can leave this side panel open.

**Step 2**

Click one of the conversation prompts to experiment with the types of questions you can ask. The suggested prompts change as you move around Insights, adapting to match the data available on a given page. Alternatively, enter a custom query in the chat and press **enter**.

**Step 3**

After responding to your request, Pagos AI may also suggest **Additional Actions** you can take to dig deeper into the provided data; click **Approve** beside one of these prompts to have Pagos AI execute on the suggestion.

For example, if Pagos AI asks "Would you like to view this data as a new Chart?" click **Approve** to navigate to the [Charts](https://docs.pagos.ai/insights/charts.md) section of Insights with the requested data demonstrated in a custom visualization.

**Step 4**

Click the **clock** icon in the top-right to view your previous questions from the same session.
