Canary by Pagos provides webhooks for all our events, allowing you to integrate any type of event into your existing applications or payment systems. With webhooks, you can act on time sensitive data fluctuations in real time and make decisions quickly about what to do with significant performance changes.

Setting Up a Webhook

To begin using webhooks with Canary, first create a webhook endpoint on your server. Ensure you thoroughly test your endpoint to ensure that it is accessible from external sources.

Next, open the Canary Service Panel:

  1. Click Notifications in the navigation bar to open your Notification list.
  2. Click Create to setup a new notification, or Edit beside an existing notification to add a webhook destination.
  3. Beside Webhook, click the toggle, then add the webhook endpoint URL and click Add.
  4. Click Save.

When a trigger fires an event notification, you'll receive a webhook containing details of the event in the form of an event object.
