Peacock Changelog (November 2, 2022)

As of November 2, 2022, we released the following updates to the Peacock by Pagos Service Panel:

  1. We added another time interval to the Period filter option! You can now view your payments data by quarters, specifically Last 2 quarters, Last 3 quarters, Last 4 quarters, Quarter to date, and Year to date. Keep in mind, quarters are defined as three month periods in the traditional calendar year, with Q1 starting in January and running through March 31.
  2. The Metadata filter option contains two fields: metadata.field_name and field_value. Clicking the metadata.field_name field now reveals a drop-down menu of all the metadata field options passed with the imported transaction data from your connected data sources. To apply this filter to a dashboard or chart, you'll still need to know the exact field_value(s) to search for and segment your data by.
  3. In the 3DS dashboard, we made some changes to the charts:
    1. Changed the following charts from pie charts to stacked bar charts, demonstrating trends over time: Transaction Share for 3DS, Overview of % of Secure transactions, and Secure Transactions Split
    2. Version % by region- The x-axis now includes time intervals in addition to region. This allows you to see trends in the 3DS version used over time for each region, side-by-side. This chart also includes a Filter by Region icon; click this icon to remove data for certain regions from the chart.
    3. Response Code by 3DS - The x-axis now displays time intervals. Use the 3DS switcher to choose whether the chart displays the response code breakdown for 3DS transactions or for non-3DS transactions. Click the Show Declines Only icon to remove any transactions with the approved response code from the chart.
  4. In the Top 25 BINs by Chargeback Volume chart in the Chargebacks dashboard, we re-arranged the columns to place the Transaction Count/Value and Chargeback Count/Value columns beside one another. Additionally, we changed the following column titles:
    1. Dispute Count is now Chargeback Count
    2. Dispute Value is now Chargeback Value
  5. We added a new chart to the Refunds dashboard: Top 25 BINs by Refund Volume. This chart displays the top 25 BINs of the cards you processed refunds for in the set time period, listed in descending order of refund count. Each row also includes the issuing bank name, approval rate, total transaction count, total processed transaction value, and total refund value for each BIN.
  6. When you add tags to data sources, you can now quickly add multiple tag values in the same category.
